This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we deliver your purchases of artworks (the “Products”) to you. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to customers in the UK and internationally to most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at info@michellavau.com before ordering.

2. Shipping Costs

Prices for Products are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions, and destination of your order. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Processing Time

3.1. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

3.2. If there is a delay in processing your order (e.g., due to high demand or custom work), we will notify you via email with an updated timeline.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
UK: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Europe: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days after dispatch.

4.2. These are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

4.3. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Methods

We use trusted couriers such as DHL, Parcelforce or FedEx to deliver your order. The specific courier will depend on your location and the size of your purchase. All Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6.1. For international orders outside the UK, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the Product price or shipping cost.

6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Product is delivered to the address provided.

7.2. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@michellavau.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our Refund and Return policy.

7.3. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned to us due to an error in the address provided, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
